The goal of the course is to enable students to apply appropriate communication techniques in a specific business situation. Students will be introduced to leadership styles; characteristics, theories and the latest knowledge related to practice, key competencies and leadership skills. They will understand the influence of the social and business context on interpersonal communication and relationships in teamwork.
1. Recognize different communication styles. 2. Analyze leadership approaches based on skills and style. 3. Correctly interpret the models of contemporary leadership. 4. Apply techniques and adapt different leadership styles in communication.

1. Regular class attendance – attendance at at least 70% of classes according to the study program and the implementation curriculum.
2. Obtaining a minimum success rate of 35% during classes within the given teaching activities.

2. Writing two midterm exams during the semester.

good (3) – 65 – 79.9%;
very good (4) – 80 – 89.9%;
excellent (5) – 90% and above
