Cilj je kolegija omogućiti studentima da primijene odgovarajuću tehniku komunikacije u određenoj poslovnoj situaciji. Studenti će su upoznati sa stilovima vodstva; karakteristikama, teorijama i najnovijim znanjima vezanim uz praksu, ključne kompetencije i vještine vođenja. Razumjeti će utjecaj društvenog i poslovnog konteksta na međuljudsku komunikaciju i odnose u timskom radu
1. Prepoznati različite komunikacijske stilove. 2. Analizirati pristupe vođenju temeljene na vještinama, stilu i osobinama. 3. Pravilno interpretirati modele suvremenog vodstva. 4. Primijeniti tehnike i prilagoditi različite stilove vodstva u komunikaciji.
